Senior Web Designer – Flash, Photoshop, InDesign
London, SW6
£30,000 – £40,000 Plus Pension, Healthcare
This unique opportunity would suit a talented designer with creative flair and an excellent portfolio, looking to develop their career with a leading London agency.
Joining a lively team, as a Senior Web Designer you will be responsible for the layout, visual appearance and usability of a number of client websites.
Using a combination of graphic design skills and technical knowledge of how web pages are created, you’ll be involved in:
– designing websites, ensuring they are visually effective and easy to access
– liaising with the customer at the design stage, and designing draft sites for client approval/modification
– conducting presentations, internally and externally
To be considered for this position, you must have commercial web design experience and the following:
– experience using Photoshop, InDesign and Flash
– a strong online portfolio displaying user-centred design
– an in-depth knowledge of current web design trends and techniques
Additionally, as a Senior Web Designer you’ll need to be an excellent communicator with attention to detail, a flexible attitude and the ability to work in a small team.

The New Business Developer Role
London, SW6
£18,000 – £22,000 plus Commission
–The role is primarily to source and help win new media work.
–The role requires a basic knowledge of, and enthusiasm to learn more about, digital media.
Skills/Experience Required
–Excellent communication skills and the ability to come up with great concepts and solutions
–Skills in planning, costing and scheduling projects
–Skills in presenting ideas to team members and potentially clients.
Day to Day New Business Duties
–Sourcing new business opportunities using online networking, offline networking, and new business portals.
–Updating Global Beach social media channels including Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.
–Investigating opportunities, and doing all necessary research prior to putting together a proposal or pitch
–Assist with the writing of presentations and proposals, collating research & necessary info, and organising creative content
–Maintaining a new business tracking system ensuring deadlines are met and timely following up.
–Organising new business credentials and collateral and ensuring they are current and suitably maintained ready for pitching to prospects.
