Bentley Motors wanted to create a relationship with all their target groups in an efficient, effective way but without compromising quality and flexibility for personalisation

SOLUTION

Global Beach developed an eCRM program for Bentley which included personalised eNewsletter templates to meet individual target group needs. Keeping target groups updated with relevant personalised information (e.g. model of interest/ onward journeys/ stories), as well as support Acquisition (e.g. onward journeys) & retention strategy. This, in turn, resulted in an increase in customer purchase consideration, as well as driving traffic back to the website and maximising cross selling opportunities.
