OBJECTIVE
The B&W website is currently focused around great product experiences and information. The brand has always had a very loyal following of owners and enthusiasts and in 2008 B&W approached Global Beach with a desire to increase the size of its engaged community of sound lovers who are not necessarily owners.
SOLUTION
Our solution was to create a brand-orientated section of the website – called Society of Sound – using the B&W key message of True Sound at its centre. This section includes 4 main stage areas – a blog with experts sharing frequent articles and thoughts about the future of the audio and music industry; a section of well-known influential brand advocates speaking about their views on Bowers & Wilkins and True Sound; an online magazine featuring bi-monthly editorial style articles and a subscription music discovery service in conjunction with Real World Records.
RESULT
There are now over 2000 subscribed users registered for The Society of Sound.
